A fragment, complete in its form and structure is materialized memory of a moment. An unnoticeable breeze, an allegory of metamorphosis. Lines on a fingertip, infinity is tender and fragile. Out of stone she can find pieces that materialize. She preserves traces of time which are given something from a former time and shape. Time where a moment does or does not exist, which demands decisions to destroy, perceive, cover, or expose. Felicia Mülbaier’s work moves on a boarder between the created and the vanished. The pieces require special attention that make the viewer aware of the volatility that can be held. The work is like a wing flapping of imagination. November 2018, by Julia Wild
